Developing Team Leaders
Tailoring training to individual needs enabled Inspired Partners to provide a team leadership development course that had real value for both new and experienced team leaders.
During an ongoing business improvement programme, Inspired Partners was asked to help equip a number of team leaders with the specific tools they would need to lead their teams through the process. Course attendees included both leaders with experience of the improvement programme and others to whom it was completely new.
As a result, the content of the two-day Team Leader Development course was carefully tailored to meet the needs of the mixed audience. In addition to the more formal presentations, coaches worked with the individual team leaders both before and after the event to address any specific issues and reinforce learning. During the event, delegates also benefited from sharing knowledge with and learning from each other.
The feedback from participants has been excellent, with all agreeing that it met their real needs today and moving into the future. Several actions are already being implemented back in the workplace.
Change Management Training
Bespoke facilitated learning workshops helped meet the training needs of this group’s process improvement and quality professionals in a fun and effective way.
The consultancy division of an international electronics group identified a need to improve the change management skills of process improvement and quality professionals across the company. Inspired Partners worked with the in-house team to create and deliver highly successful facilitated learning workshops.
