Sally Palethorpe

Sally, our Managing Partner, set up Inspired Partners in 2004. Her expertise lies in making things happen, but her passion is helping others exceed their expectations – achieving the best possible benefits for clients’ organisations and their staff.

Sally builds on her practical industry background with management consultancy experience. She has delivered exciting and sustainable solutions to businesses across a diverse range of sectors, combining change management, project management, facilitation, training, mentoring and working collaboratively.


Jennifer Buttery

Jennifer is a business psychologist with an MSc in Occupational Psychology. She specialises in supporting organisations and leaders during change. An experienced business consultant, she leads on some of IP’s client support, as well as knowledge sharing and coaching.

A successful earlier marketing career, shaping several household brands, means that, for Jennifer, good communication is an essential in work and life. Gender diversity is Jennifer’s special area of interest, stemming from her independent research on women’s careers in 2012, and she is a thought provoking speaker on this topic.


Margaret Hook

Margaret is recognised for empowering managers to manage their people to maximise business benefit and, as a successful facilitator, has a wide range of experience in both public and private sectors. Her management and leadership coaching experience includes change management and the impact that change has on individual behaviours, leadership and performance.

Margaret creates and delivers tailored training solutions based around proven business tools (including the use of Psychometrics) and their application for individuals in the workplace. She particularly loves to develop high performing, collaborative teams.


Joy Collison

Joy is an experienced HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Manager, with FCIPD qualification and a broad generalist base. She has experience of coaching and training at all levels of management across different sectors including retail, logistics, supply chain and SMEs.

Strong relationship-building skills and commercial awareness help her to support senior managers to deliver people plans. Joy particularly enjoys getting to the heart of issues and looking for the most appropriate solution for the client whilst giving them the confidence to deliver.


Andy Bolt

Motivated by the question “Why do some businesses, teams and individuals seem to achieve far more success than others?”, Andy has been developing business and human potential in one form or another for the last 20 years. He is an experienced trainer, coach and facilitator with a background in Business Psychology.

A master trainer of NLP, practitioner of MBTI, Insights, TMSDI, EQ Mapping and Goal Mapping, he also uses his wide experience in senior management roles to support his flexible and confident style that gets results for both individuals and teams.


Vanessa Randle

Vanessa is an experienced Trainer and Facilitator with over 30 years’ experience working with individuals, groups and organisations. She works with people to analyse how they do what they do, and where and how areas might be improved.

Her experience with Inspired Partners includes work on developing the look and feel of the working environment, facilitating change theory and practice workshops, and creating more effective and efficient processes. Vanessa is particularly keen on incorporating visuals and graphics into her work to help people better understand the world they live and work in.


Rachel Ellsmore

An experienced trainer, facilitator and coach with proven people management success across a broad range of sectors, Rachel specialises in ensuring that individuals deliver on their personal potential. Her expertise lies in the analysis of individual, team and company development needs, the creation of engaging solutions and the delivery of practical training.

Using her wide range of skills and tools to help teams work in a more collaborative way, she is able to support them through the challenges of management, leadership and organisational change – and Rachel will always deliver with confidence and enthusiasm.



Paul has a passion for both people and organisational development. 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry brings a wealth of experience from roles including learning and development, senior management, network management, market access and European marketing. Paul’s drive for providing the highest standards of development was enhanced by his time spent at the SAID Business School.

Paul looks to bring experiences and understanding from within people to bring experiential learning to a group or individual session. His passions lie in Leadership, Innovation, Change Management Networks and Influence.

Away from work, Paul has coached football both sides of the Atlantic and is currently coaching at Altrincham F.C.


Mike King

Mike is passionate about enabling people to achieve their full potential. Specialising in leadership and team development, he has over 25 years’ experience working across a diverse range of organisations, cultures and nationalities. He believes that effective leadership is the key to successful change.

Mike facilitates using a client centred approach, creating a safe but challenging environment to maximise engagement and learning. He enjoys innovating participative techniques that make people challenge their assumptions and mindsets. He explores the relationship between emotions, feelings, thoughts, behaviours, impact and performance.


Helen Grice

Helen has been organising the lives of employers and clients for the past 20 years. Her speciality is making documents look fabulous and making meetings happen. Helen provides support for all the Inspired Partners team, bringing to life ideas for documents, presentations and training material. With social media experience she will play a key role in growing the IP online profile.


Ami Ellis

Ami brings a broad range of creative skills to the Inspired Partners team. Her graphic design background started in the marketing industry, working with global blue chip brands on a wide variety of print and digital projects. Her experience spans branding, literature, websites and experiential design. Ami provides support for the whole team, bringing to life all the visual elements required.


Corinne Lury

Corinne brings over 20 years of senior management experience working in global blue chip companies and leading teams in multiple disciplines often through restructures, mergers and disposals. She is extremely delivery focused, implementing major business changes encompassing people, process and technology.

Her key skills include relationship, change and programme management. She has a major interest in team dynamics and people development which has resulted in coaching of both individuals and teams, sometimes supported by psychometrics. Corinne likes to make the impossible possible.


Vikki Holloway

Vikki has many years’ experience of operational and strategic management and is an accredited governance practitioner and non-executive director.

Vikki is passionate about supporting individuals and teams to reach their potential through training, workshop facilitation and one-to-one sessions. She also has a strong investigative and analytical background and is comfortable working in complex organisational situations that require objectivity and a focused approach. With a variety of tools at her disposal including psychometrics, Appreciative Inquiry and NLP, Vikki's style is thought provoking, flexible and confident.
