Integrating Performance
If an organisation’s performance is to be fully optimised for shareholders, customers and individuals, then a wide variety of factors have to be considered. The Integrated Performance Model © is a framework developed by Inspired Partners to help teams and organisations think about, discuss and improve their performance. It’s a flexible model that can be used to consider individual, multiple or all areas, at a departmental or functional level, for a programme team or across a whole organisation.
The Integrated Performance Model © is based on academic research but has been developed and proven through more than 15 years’ practical experience of working with clients. It is supported by a whole range of tools, techniques and processes that can help diagnose and resolve issues, optimise performance and sustain change.
