Developing a Shared Vision
The success of a strategically important project depended on five separate organisations working together to deliver the complete programme of work to a tight time-scale. Previously, these companies had worked in direct competition, so the contracted company brought in Inspired Partners to help the disparate groups jointly develop a shared vision and create an environment that enabled effective collaboration.
Facilitating the Performance Improvement Process
Inspired Partners worked with a SME manufacturer of packaging solutions. We facilitated several teams through the introduction of the Corporate Lifecycles© methodology, developing specialised workshops for each stage of the process. The company was guided through establishing and categorising desired performance improvement points, agreeing owners for each task and putting implementation plans in place to cover all technical aspects, training and communications. At the same time, Inspired Partners also coached two in-house facilitators and supported their delivery of the process to enable the programme to continue throughout the company's lifecycle.
