By building interfaces and developing a collaborative working environment – even between teams distributed across various sites - Inspired Partners enables everyone to use their skills most effectively to achieve the common goals.
We run Assessment and Development Centres to assist in the identification and training of new team leaders, and provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring that helps even experienced leaders better fulfil their roles within the team. We also organise Team Events to kick-start new ways of working and cement team effectiveness.
Developing the Team of Team Leaders
Introducing a new way of working for Team Leaders helped better equip an aerospace company to deliver current projects and future improvements. In a programme which paid for itself in less than 12 months, Inspired Partners conducted facilitated workshops and one-to-one coaching for 175 team leaders and 1,004 employees across three sites.

Bringing a New Approach to Programme Mobilisation
In order to secure a long-term contract, a large defence company had to assure the Ministry of Defence that the programme would be delivered in a different way to previous contracts. Inspired Partners was brought in to engender a new collaborative working approach and a delivery-focused implementation.

Programme Mobilisation Team Event
Inspired Partners helped take a programme team quickly and successfully from project mobilisation to the delivery phase by holding a team event. This ensured everyone understood their roles, explained the team values and raised the profile of the leadership team, enabling new working practices to be put into action as soon as they returned to site.
To mark the transition from project mobilisation to the delivery phase, Inspired Partners led an off-site two-day event for all 120 members of the programme team in order to consolidate the team and establish the context for the beginning of the new order. This ‘significant moment’ was attended by representatives of the customer and began with a review of the new organisational structure and confirmation of individual roles. It also provided the ideal opportunity for everyone to share and understand all the key elements that they would be implementing together in their new working environment: the Team Values, the Team Charter, how they interface with other stakeholders and the innovative Ways of Working. The event served to raise the profile of the leadership team, enabling them to begin to assert their authority and be seen as the leaders moving forwards. Following the Team Event, everyone returned to site and moved straight into their new work space - and began to work differently.
